OUR RETURNS POLICY.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise unused and in its original packaging to The Book Abyss for a 100% refund of the purchase price. (Conditions apply)

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item simply post to P.O. Box 6046 White Hills Victoria 3550. 

Returns MUST include a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation for your return.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges unless we have shipped in error or the item is damaged upon receipt.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at manager@thebookabyss.com.au to discuss repalcement or a refund.
