The book that made pale guys cool

Some would argue that the way this saga was written wasn't the best it could have been. While I have to agree, I have to add that this saga isn't popular because of the writing; it's popular because of the story-line and characters. Bella is relatable because she, like all humans, has faults. She's incredibly clumsy, and rather shy. Edward is every woman's dream guy - he's handsome, polite, and is a true gentleman. The only problem is that he's also a vampire. The Twilight saga follows Bella as she falls in love with Edward and befriends Jacob Black, a member of the Quileute tribe. This is the beginning of a love triangle that can only end up in someone getting their heart broken. A great series, even if the writing is simple.
